****IMPORTANT INFORMATION****

When capes or hides show signs of decay, rot, freezer burn, or are missing an excessive amount of hide or hair, they are considered unmountable.

When capes and hides are considered unmountable, they will be suitably disposed of. You will be notified if you have supplied an unmountable cape or hide and given the option to order a replacement cape for your trophy.

50% Deposit Required on ALL Mounts

All Tanning and freeze-dry work is done at the owner's own risk. BarnYard Taxidermy is not responsible for losses incurred due to fire, wind, electrical failure, loss or damage while in transit, or any circumstances that are not under our immediate control.

All Game Requiring Check-In Must Have
Game Check Card When Delivered

We assume that all game submitted for mounting was acquired legally. Requests for mounting of illegally acquired game (including mounts requested out-of-season or for any animal on any protected or endangered species list) will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities immediately.

Notice of Completion of work will be sent out when mounts are complete. Any item not picked up within Thirty Days of completion of work notice will become the property of BarnYard Taxidermy.
